Are you looking for excellent fitness guidance, a planned approach to activity, exercise correction, enthusiasm and lots of motivation? Small Group Training is a special priviledge extended to my clients. I created this because it can make training affordable or more enjoyable to certain clients. My concept of group training is efficient and cost-effective. I do my best to coordinate client interest and have it materialize into a scheduled reality.

Joining a SCULPTmoves Session, you will get the same training benefits with a personal trainer and motivational support from other woman at a more affordable price! No intimidating situations and NO bordem from the same exercise routine! This program teaches you how to use small apparatus combining cardio, strength, coordination, stability and flexibilty moves. It's all about the MIX of CARDIO and SCULPTmoves! You will learn eight personalized strength exercises including cardio intervals every two weeks logging and tracking your progress. You will be moving at your own pace and under the supervision of a national certified personal trainer to learn proper form and technique. From the beginning to the end, you will get on-going instruction, education and encouragement from your friends at SCULPTmoves Fitness!
