CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SCULPTmoves Small Group Training- A shared "Ladies Personal Training" experience that is affordable and fun moving at your own pace. A Personal Trainer will set-up your personalized exercise chart. You will learn how to log your progression completing 8 exercises in the totalbody muscle groups. It will also include cardiovascular moves while working within your heart rate training zone. Attending this program, we will keep track of your overall strength, body measurments and you will be monitored/evaluated by your personal trainer at each session. Studio music provided for motivation or bring your own headset.

Totalbody Bonus time to challenge your every move! Participate with a Group Instructor as she leads you through a cardio, resistance and abdominal conditioning exercise class. Feel successful as you learn to combine coordination, balance training and flexibilty moves! All Classes are different (30 min to 1 hour) and may include the following small equipment...

PERSONAL TRAINING
This session is when a trainer works with a client individually in a private atmosphere between small group time slots. Your trainer will design a safe and effective workout program based on your fitness evaluation. If you feel you need a trainer at your side to log your progress, push and motivate you one on one, then a private Personal Training experience is what you are looking for.
Rate $60-75 per hour session
Personal T.A.G. (Personal Trainer Assisting Group)
This is when you need one on one personal training in a small group session ? A T.A.G. will help motivate and push you to reach your goals faster. You must give 24 hour notice and pay at time of service.
Rate $25.00 per 30 minute session
